Roderick Jefferson is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in sales enablement, leadership, and organizational transformation. He has held leadership roles at global organizations, including Salesforce, Oracle Marketing Cloud, NetApp, and PayPal, where he has aligned cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and accelerate performance.
Grounded in his faith and shaped by surviving a life-threatening stroke, Roderick was inspired to write "Stroke of Success," in which he shares a powerful perspective on resilience, persistence, and purpose. He shows how adversity can unlock potential and offers practical strategies for overcoming setbacks, learning from failure, and staying focused on achieving goals.

Her career's multifaceted background includes experience in IT audit, compliance, and information security, as well as in customer success and growth. Having held leadership roles at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation, American Credit Acceptance, Ceridian, and Global Payments, she brings a strong foundation in risk management and operational excellence. Following a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ, Manmeet experienced a profound identity shift that reshaped both her life and career.
She also serves as a Board Member at RTS Missions, supporting discipleship, training, and global outreach for Christ. Manmeet has been married to Sangram Vajre for 21 years, and together, they have two children, Krish (16) and Kiara (12).
